Ethical Leadership Role in Job Embeddedness and Job Involvement

چکیده
The aim of this article is to verify the relationship between ethical leadership (EL) and job embeddedness (JE) involvement (JI) in charity organizations Erbil province, Iraq. Also, identifying role enhancing embeddedness. data were collected by questionnaire distributed 320 staff working at Erbil, analyzed IBM-SPSS 26 test hypothesis study. outcome showed a positive EL JE JI. there effect JE. implication study point essential changing employees’ attitudes positively toward satisfaction.
